Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time

Position Overview As Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. You will develop leadership skills to help build your career path. As a sales lead, you will interact with customers on a regular basis and lead the customer experience with the store team. You will strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, will efficiently and accurately execute Maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store. What you'll do Lead the store team to meet sales targets and uphold SOPs. Train, mentor, and motivate staff. Ensure a positive, welcoming customer experience. Maintain store appearance and inventory, manage end‑of‑day cash, handle keyholder duties, and support overall store operations.
