PRN RN Night Shift

Firm start date 9/04/26 for PRN RN Night shift (6:30 pm - 7:30 am). Please see attached PRN requirements:

MTMHI REQUIREMENTS FOR AGENCY CLEARANCE:

• Require copy of current unencumbered Nursing license
• Require copy of current driver's license or state identification
• CPR: Current AHA/BLS CPR-Basic Life Support BLS Provider that is active for at least 1 year upon hire:
• * We ONLY accept AHA/BLS
• * We DO NOT accept online CPR certifications, Heart Code/Heart Saver BLS
• T.B: We NO LONGER offer TB test. One of the below STEPS must be fully completed before hire:
• * A 2-step TB Skin Test within 1 year of HIRE date. (There cannot be more than 21 days between the administration of the first TB test and the second TB test.)
• * An IGRA – TB blood test/QuantiFERON Gold (within 1 year of HIRE date) and a screener upon hire.
• * A Chest X-Ray (within 1 year of HIRE date) and a Screener upon hire.
• TB Screening Annually after initial clearance
• Influenza Immunization: (October through April)
• * Proof of vaccination is mandatory annually during Flu season.
• * Or approval of application for exemption.
• MANDATORY Orientation 7 days Friday then Monday – Friday 8a – 4:30p and Monday 6:30a – 3p
• PRN must work 4 shifts per month with 1 shift being a weekend day
• Availability for the following month is due by 10th of current month
• No special schedules MUST be FLEXIBLE; work all units
• MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• No vacation days first 60 days
