What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
• Conduct detailed case intakes and gather essential facts.
• Build trust and rapport with injured clients.
• Determine case eligibility using firm guidelines.
• Schedule attorney consultations.
• Request police reports and preliminary documentation.
• Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet retained the firm.
• Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and referral sources.
• Enter accurate information into the firm's case management system.
• Maintain detailed notes and ensure timely follow-up.
• Help deliver an exceptional client experience from day one.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of customer service, legal preferred.

Personal injury intake experience is a plus but not required.

Outstanding communication and active listening skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professional, compassionate, and confident demeanor.

Excellent organizational and computer skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience with Microsoft Office required.

Experience with case management software is a plus.

Reliable transportation.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
