Leading an individual litigation team, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Associate Attorney will oversee litigation strategies for a high volume consumer debt docket while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Perform and oversee all settlement negotiations Review and respond to all court pleadings while maintaining a high volume docket Develop and maintain relationships with clients and opposing counsel Required qualifications: Preferably 2+ years of litigation experience Juris Doctor with significant communication and management skills Superior analytic skills Computer proficiency Must pass a background check
