Unit Specific Details Unit Size: 30 beds Patient Population: Primarily MICU and SICU with some Neuro patients. Non-trauma ICU. All traumas stabilized and transferred out. Lines/Drains/Devices: Arterial lines, Central Lines, PICC lines, Ports. Airway: Vents, Trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, High Flow, Nasal Cannulas. Drips: Heparin. Critical drips with routine titration. Ratios 1:1-3* Provider Coverage: Intensivist on staff during the day. Telemedicine intensivist for nights. Night shift utilizes hospitalist for intubations and escalation of care. Ancillary Staff: If census above 15 patients, unit can receive 1 patient care tech for support.\n \n Medical Solutions Job ID #1151774.
