Role & Responsibilities You will provide specialized nursing care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Your duties include documenting patient care, monitoring and communicating patient conditions, assisting with daily activities, coordinating interdisciplinary care, educating patients and families, advocating for patient well-being, participating in performance improvement, and maintaining reliable attendance. You will work flexibly across units as needed, ensuring high-quality patient care. Qualifications & Skills Candidates need a current RN license, an associate degree from an accredited school, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days. ACLS and PALS are required within six months. Preferred candidates will have one year of experience and ASLS certification. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, patient lifting, and exposure to biological hazards.
