Job Title: Dental Assistant II (DA II)
Location: Durham, NC 27713 (Kitt Creek Commons)
Type: Part-time, 2–3 days per week
Pay: [$/hour, based on experience]
Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and/or Friday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

The Role
We’re looking for a skilled, credentialed DA II who brings great chairside skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to keep learning. You’ll assist across the full range of general dentistry in a modern, tech-forward office.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with restorative procedures: fillings, crowns and bridges, implants and implant restorations, and dentures
• Take radiographs and CBCT (cone beam) scans
• Take intraoral scans with the  iTero Lumina , including Invisalign cases
• Assist with in-office  Zoom whitening
• Able to help monitor patients during  nitrous oxide and oral sedation cases
• Perform coronal polishing as needed
• Handle room setup, sterilization, and infection control
• Help educate patients and keep them comfortable

Required Credentials

• NC Dental Assistant II (DA II)
• Coronal polishing certification
• Nitrous oxide monitoring certification
• Current  BLS/CPR

What We’re Looking For

• Clinical dental assisting experience
• Comfort with digital technology. We use  Curve ,  Pearl ,  DTX Studio ,  CBCT , and  iTero Lumina .
• Invisalign experience is a plus
• Implant and sedation experience is a plus
• A team player with a great attitude who’s eager to learn
