User Acceptance Testing Analyst

yaccel bi is seeking an experienced Workday UAT Consultant to support a critical User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiative for a public sector client implementing the Workday Expense module. This is a high‑impact, short‑term engagement focused on ensuring successful validation and production readiness of Workday Expense workflows, including reimbursement processing and approval routing. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end UAT planning, execution, and management for Workday Expense module. Develop and execute comprehensive UAT test scripts aligned to business processes. Validate expense reimbursement workflows. Test and verify role‑based security and approval hierarchies. Track, document, and manage defects and remediation activities. Coordinate with business SMEs and technical teams for testing cycles and sign‑off. Provide weekly progress reports and defect tracking updates. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials / UAT / functional test. Proven experience with Workday Expense module implementations or UAT cycles (minimum 2 projects). Strong Expertise Workday business processes (Expense Report Events). Security roles and approval workflows. Financial transactions, reimbursements, and settlements. Certifications (Mandatory – One of the Following) Track A (Partner Deployment Track): Workday Financials Core and Workday Expense. Track B (Independent / Client‑Side Track): Workday Pro Financials. Preferred Experience in public sector or government implementation. Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
