Our cloud-forward platform empowers public servants to serve their communities more effectively, and our team is driven by the belief that better technology leads to better government.The Role:As a Project Manager I, you will manage the delivery of Caselle's ERP solutions for municipal clients under the guidance of senior project leadership. You will be responsible for driving day-to-day project execution across concurrent implementations of standard complexity, owning task-level scheduling, client communication, and internal coordination. This is an ideal role for someone building a career in SaaS implementation project management who wants hands-on experience with the full project lifecycle in a mission-driven environment.What You'll Do:Manage day-to-day project execution for concurrent ERP implementation projects of standard complexity, following established methodologies and templatesBuild and maintain project schedules, task lists, and status reports using PSA tooling and standard templatesCoordinate with System Consultants, Technical Consultants, and support staff to ensure deliverables are completed on timeFacilitate weekly status meetings with clients; prepare agendas, capture action items, and follow up on open issuesTrack project milestones, risks, and issues; escalate blockers to senior project leadership promptlyMonitor project scope and flag potential scope changes; assist in preparing Change Order documentation when neededMaintain accurate project documentation including meeting notes, decision logs, and lessons learnedSupport change management activities by communicating project timelines and expectations to client stakeholdersContribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring challenges and proposing solutionsWhat We're Looking For:Required:1–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role in a software or technology environmentFoundational understanding of ERP systems or enterprise software implementation lifecyclesExperience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or PSA platforms)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyClear written and verbal communication skills-comfortable facilitating client meetings and preparing status reportsDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem identification and resolutionBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred:Exposure to public sector, municipal government, or GovTech software environmentsCAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP certification in progressFamiliarity with municipal finance, utility billing, or government operations conceptsExperience supporting ERP data migration or system go-live activitiesWhat We Offer:Mission-Driven Work: Help local governments deliver better services to their communitiesFlexibility: Remote-eligible role with a collaborative team based in Provo, UTGrowth: Join a company investing in its next generation of products and expanding its market presenceComprehensive Benefits: Competitive compensation, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and professional development supportWork-Life Balance: Standard Monday–Friday schedule with occasional travel for client engagementsWork Environment & Physical Requirements:This is a primarily office-based or remote role involving standard computer work.
