Repackers

Shift: 6am - 2:30pm Mon - Fri

Pay: $17.75/hr

Purpose of the Position:

Accurately prep and repack completed products to prepare for shipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Accurately repack parts into totes in accordance with customer requirements

·         Perform basic visual inspection audit of parts to verify parts match part numbers and meet quality

·         Perform manual and scale-counts to verify quantity of parts in totes match QPC

·         Clean pallet tags and Kanban labels

·         Read and comprehend instructions and following established procedures

·         Keep workstation clean and organized

·         Cross train in other areas

·         Other duties as assigned or required

Line Operators:

Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM Mon-Fri

Pay: $17.75 hr.

Purpose of the Position:

To operate the Injection Machine line efficiently and accurately. Ensure manufactured products are inspected and packaged according to customer requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Inspect parts for defects (i.e. shorts, flash, etc.)

·         Package product per custom requirements and packing specifications

·         Operate injection machine to produce products

·         Ensure production goals are met

·         Carefully follow all work instructions

·         Complete daily production and quality reports

·         Accurately label all completed parts

·         Maintain a clean working environment

·         Follow all Orotex policies and safety rules, other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications for both positions

·         Basic math skills

·         Detailed oriented, organized, and motivated

·         Ability to count and use scales

·         Ability to work independently

·         Ability to understand spoken and written English

·         Ability to work overtime and needed

·         1 year previous plant experience preferred

·         Previous knowledge of injection molding preferred

·         High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

·         Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, walk for 8 plus hours daily

·         Ability to use both hand, wrists, and arms with continual motion

·         Ability to push, pull, grasp, and reach objects

·         Ability to lift 50 plus pounds repeatedly

Temperature controlled facility
