Senior Small Business Banking Consultant

Managing and growing relationships with Small Business clients, the full-time Senior Small Business Banking Consultant will proactively engage with clients via telephone, assess their financial needs, and recommend appropriate banking solutions while ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Key responsibilities: Assess client needs and conduct financial reviews to recommend products and services Manage complex servicing issues and facilitate credit requests within Consumer Bank thresholds Proactively contact targeted clients to discuss financial solutions and set up appointments for deeper conversations Required qualifications: Undergraduate Degree (4 years) or equivalent experience 7+ years of sales/client relationship management experience in banking/financial products Significant experience working with small business clients Formal credit training Experience in phone-based sales of banking/financial products or solutions
