As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ryan Mason - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Attract new customers to the agency
- Educate prospects on value propositions and overcome objections.
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales aptitude or history of sales performance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
