Job Title

Seasonal Contract RN – Level 3/4 NICU (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | No On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 3/4 NICU with a patient ratio of 3–4 patients per RN
• Operate and monitor specialized NICU equipment including Medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, Giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
• Document patient care accurately using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
• Collaborate with a primarily RN-staffed night shift team to ensure safe, high-quality neonatal care
• Adhere to strict unit guidelines including dress code and infection control policies (navy scrubs required; no nail polish or artificial nails)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
• Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate bedside manner well-suited to a neonatal care environment
