What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional haircuts for children, teens, and parents.

Create a fun, memorable experience that keeps families coming back.

Build lasting relationships with guests through outstanding customer service.

Recommend retail products that help families maintain their style at home.

Encourage guests to pre-book their next appointment.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon.

Work collaboratively with your teammates to create an exceptional guest experience.

Capture haircut photos (with guest permission) to showcase your work for our salon lookbook and social media.

Help us earn five-star Google and Yelp reviews by consistently delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

Current Minnesota Cosmetology or Barber License.

Passion for working with children and families.

Positive, energetic, and friendly personality.

Strong haircutting skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Reliable, dependable, and punctual.

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

About Peak Earnings

Our busiest business periods provide excellent earning potential. Top-performing stylists can earn $35–$45+ per hour during peak business periods through a combination of hourly pay, generous tips, retail commissions, and performance incentives.

Actual earnings vary based on guest volume, hours worked, experience, retail sales, tips, and individual performance.
