Assistant Sales Manager – Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville, part of the Future Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to lead a sales team, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to dealership profitability. Pay Scale Base salary is $6,000 per month, with commission opportunities. Typical monthly earnings range from $6,000 to $12,000, with top performers earning more during high‑volume periods. Responsibilities Coach, train, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals. Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing top sales talent. Support daily sales operations and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Help establish and achieve monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Work side‑by‑side with sales consultants to structure and close deals. Provide real‑time coaching that improves performance and customer experience. Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans for continuous improvement. Promote accountability while maintaining a positive, high‑energy culture. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and applicable state and federal regulations. Collaborate with Finance, Service, Parts, and Administrative teams to create a seamless customer experience. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to dealership growth initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of automotive sales leadership experience. Proven ability to develop and coach sales professionals. Strong desk management and deal‑closing skills. Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities. Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Results‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals. Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
