What youll do:

• Safely load secure and transport cargo in compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards.

• Conduct pre-trip en-route and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and load safety.

• Complete and maintain required documentation including logbooks manifests and bills of lading.

• Follow legislation related to transportation hours of service dangerous goods and workplace safety.

• Maneuver vehicles for loading/unloading and ensure proper equipment positioning.

• Report vehicle defects incidents and delivery issues promptly.

• Communicate effectively with customers coworkers and supervisors.

• Deliver products courteously and on time maintaining clean and safe work areas.

• Provide training and perform additional duties as assigned.

Whats required:

• High School diploma minimum.

• Class A license.

• X Endorsement required

• Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization multi-tasking use of timelines and time management techniques.

• High level of personal integrity.

• Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Will be required to work both indoors and outdoors.

• Manual dexterity ability to lift 75 lbs required.

• Overtime as required.

• Weekend work may be required occasionally
