Physician Assistant | Other Location: Boston, MA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking two experienced Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) for a high-acuity, hospital-based locum assignment in Massachusetts. One provider will cover day shifts , and one provider will cover night shifts . Position Highlights Massachusetts Immediate locum coverage available 2 openings ⏰ 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) Inpatient hospital setting ️ Epic EMR ⚡ Emergency privileges available for qualified candidates Clinical Responsibilities Manage labor and delivery, postpartum, and inpatient obstetric care Perform OB triage and respond to triage calls Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, including fetal heart rate interpretation Conduct normal vaginal deliveries and manage the third stage of labor Perform episiotomy and perineal repairs Complete patient assessments, history and physicals, and treatment documentation Collaborate with physicians, residents, and the multidisciplinary care team Provide patient education and consultation throughout pregnancy and postpartum care Requirements ✔ Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) ✔ Active Massachusetts license required at submission ✔ Current BLS and NRP certifications ✔ Minimum 3 years of hospital-based midwifery experience ✔ Experience in high-acuity Labor & Delivery settings required ✔ Proficiency with Epic EMR and fetal monitoring interpretation If you're an experienced CNM looking for a rewarding hospital-based locum assignment in a collaborative clinical environment, we'd love to hear from you.
