Job Description This position is open to candidates located in Venezuela. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to truck drivers, presenting job opportunities based on client requirements. Continuously update and manage the pipeline of candidates. Gather and verify necessary documentation from interested candidates. Submit candidate applications to clients for review. Act as the main point of contact between drivers and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process. Qualifications English language proficiency (B1–B2 or higher) Ambition, eagerness to learn and grow No prior experience required Full‑time availability: 9 A.M. – 5 P.M.
