Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Workforce Management (WFM), SQL, workforce analytics, productivity reporting, and inventory management .

The ideal candidate will work closely with RCM operations, WFM teams, business stakeholders, operations teams, Data Engineering, and reporting teams to gather and document requirements and translate complex business needs into scalable analytical solutions. This role will support the design, development, and implementation of workforce analytics, productivity reporting, inventory management, workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and operational reporting solutions.

The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of business and technical expertise, with the ability to analyze large healthcare datasets, understand RCM and WFM processes, develop and validate SQL-based solutions, define business rules and KPIs, and translate operational challenges into data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Business, or a related field .
• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) .
• Strong understanding of the claims lifecycle, billing and Accounts Receivable, denials management, payment posting, inventory management, productivity reporting, and workforce planning concepts .
• Strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) concepts, including capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, and productivity measurement.
• Expert-level SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, query optimization, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience working with large healthcare datasets and multiple source systems.
• Strong analytical, data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, KPIs, and reporting requirements .
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, RCM/WFM operations, Data Engineering, reporting, and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate operational challenges and business requirements into data-driven solutions .
• Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Platform, or Data Lake environments is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with healthcare operational reporting and analytics is preferred.
• Experience working on large-scale healthcare analytics initiatives is preferred.
