Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Marlborough. This role is designed for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading people, and wants to grow into higher levels of leadership over time.

This is a hands on leadership opportunity where you will work directly alongside the leadership team to help create an exceptional guest experience, develop team members, and drive operational excellence during some of the restaurant’s busiest shifts.

We are looking for someone who is hungry to grow, confident leading others, and passionate about serving both guests and team members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, communicates well, and wants to build a long term leadership career.

This position is primarily focused on evening and closing operations. Team Leaders play a key role in setting the tone for the shift, coaching team members, maintaining standards, and ensuring guests receive remarkable service every day.

Background Profile

• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
  
• Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  
• Passion for serving guests and leading people
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Regular closing shift availability (required)
  
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  
• High level of initiative, ownership, and accountability
  
• Desire to grow into higher leadership opportunities
