The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic San Francisco team. We are looking for a quick learner who can hit the ground running, take initiative without needing constant direction, and support both staff and leadership with professionalism and care. What You Will Do Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate smooth, welcoming onboarding and seamless offboarding processes. Benefits & Payroll: Assist in administering employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, leaves) and process payroll while swiftly resolving any related issues. Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality. Training & Development: Organize and facilitate training initiatives to foster team growth. Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing clear guidance on HR policies and procedures. Compliance: Ensure all HR practices align strictly with labor laws and internal guidelines. Performance Tracking: Assist in managing performance review documentation and tracking. Culture & Operations: Participate in exciting HR projects designed to enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency. Reporting: Generate, analyze, and maintain HR-related reports. What You Bring to the Team Adaptability: You are a fast learner who takes initiative and thrives when managing multiple tasks and priorities. Precision: You are highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through. Communication: You possess excellent interpersonal skills and know how to foster a friendly, approachable, and positive work culture. Technical Proficiency: You are experienced with HR software and comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Collaboration: You work exceptionally well independently but also love contributing to a collaborative team.
