Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 48.00
- Contract Weeks: 8

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice - Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor - Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification - Required
- Acute care facility experience - Preferred
- At least two years recent experience in field - Required
- Experience with Epic and Cerner - Required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff activities and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Conduct patient assessments, analyze data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans and evaluate progress toward achieving patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Provide health information and learning opportunities for patients and family members.
