Position Overview

Step into a role where your work truly matters. As a Non‐Sterile Compounding Technician at Potter’s House Apothecary, you’ll directly contribute to improving patient health by preparing customized medications that meet unique, individualized needs. In this hands‐on lab role, you’ll create a variety of non‐sterile dosage forms—from capsules to creams to gels—while upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and care.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission‐driven team dedicated to excellence in compounding and patient service. What You’ll Do

·         Create Magic: Compound a variety of non-sterile dosage forms.

·         Stay Safe: Follow SOPs to ensure medications are made safely.

·         Hit Your Goals: Meet productivity targets for each dosage form.

·         Keep It Moving: Monitor rush totes to ensure timely delivery.

·         Communicate: Alert patients about any issues or delays with their prescriptions.

·         Report: Address any personnel issues with HR.

·         Stay Certified: Maintain up-to-date certification requirements.
