If you thrive at the intersection of structure and creativity, this one's built for you.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Project ManagementManage and mentor a team of designers and creative professionalsOversee project timelines, workload distribution, and quality control across all creative outputProvide feedback and direction to ensure visual consistencyAssist with hiring and onboarding additional creative talent as the team growsDevelop and refine creative workflows and internal processesCreative Direction & Design ExecutionLead development of product imagery, digital assets, branding materials, marketing collateral, and packagingReview and approve creative work for quality, accuracy, and brand alignmentJump in on hands-on design work as needed — marketing materials, presentations, social assets, packagingCollaborate with external vendors and creative partners when appropriateDigital & AI-Enhanced ProductionOversee use of AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies within the design workflowGuide image creation, refinement, and integration across broader creative projectsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale through technology and automationStay current with design trends and creative toolsBrand & Marketing CollaborationPartner with marketing, product, and development teams to support business initiativesMaintain consistent branding across digital, print, packaging, and social channelsSupport product launches, campaigns, and promotionsContribute to social media and digital brand strategyQualificationsExperience leading creative teams and managing design projects end-to-endStrong grasp of branding, marketing, packaging, and digital designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, SketchUp, or similar toolsExperience with AI-assisted creative tools strongly preferredStrong organizational, communication, and project management skillsAble to balance strategic leadership with hands-on executionDetail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
