Join the Ford Family, where we value service to each other and to our customers!Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive PayFlexible Working HoursHealth InsurancePaid Time Off & Sick Leave401(k)ResponsibilitiesPerform collision repairs including body panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straighteningConduct thorough inspections of body damage and provide accurate repair estimatesRepair or replace worn, damaged, or malfunctioning vehicle partsEnsure vehicles meet all safety and quality standards before returning to customersUse power tools, welding equipment, paint prep machines, and common hand tools to perform tasksMaintain efficiency and accuracy in repair processes while meeting deadlinesFollow manufacturer specifications, repair procedures, and dealership guidelinesWork closely with estimators, service advisors, and other team members to ensure customer satisfactionRequirementsPrevious experience as a Body Shop or Collision Repair Technician (Ford dealership experience a plus)I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications preferredStrong knowledge of auto body repair methods, equipment, and safety proceduresAbility to identify problems quickly and recommend effective solutionsProficiency with repair manuals, computerized estimating systems, and diagnostic equipmentStrong communication, organizational, and teamwork skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periodsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferredPositive, friendly attitude and commitment to customer serviceWe are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
