HVAC Service Technician - Annual Earnings Potential $75,500- 117,500 + Company Van

Locations: Eugene and Corvallis/Albany, Oregon

Pay: $25-$38 per hour based on experience + weekly profit sharing, annual earnings: $75,500 - $117,500. Our HVAC Service Technicians, on average, make $96,500 a year.

Schedule Options: 4 days x 10 hours (4x10s) or 5 days x 8 hours (5x8s)

• Typical annual earnings: $75,500 - $117,500. Our HVAC Service Technicians, on average, make $96,500 a year.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Present clear and honest repair options to homeowners
• Complete clean, code-compliant, high-quality repairs
• Communicate with customers in a professional, confident, and respectful way
• Document work thoroughly with notes, photos, and job details
• Coordinate with dispatch, parts, and install teams to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain company standards for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism in every home
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and support

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers
• Pride in workmanship and personal accountability
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• A team-first mindset with a willingness to grow and improve
