Are you passionate about creating delicious and healthy smoothies? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team!

What we're looking for:

A Restaurant Shift Leader who has a passion for healthy food and a genuine interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle.
A Restaurant Shift Leader who can inspire and motivate their team members to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Clear and effective communication is vital in coordinating tasks, providing instructions to team members, and interacting with customers.

What we offer:

Starting salary of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Up to an additional $5/hour in tips

Requirements:

As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Ensure smooth operation of the cafe, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and preparing smoothies with precision and efficiency
Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and meet operational goals

Onward Ventures dba Tropical Smoothie Café is rapidly growing in Northeast Ohio. Be part of an established brand with over 1200 cafes all over the world!
