The systems we build need to be scalable and accurate as we handle revenue operations for LTK. Some of the projects we are focused on are building infrastructure for revenue affiliate integration, settlement, and cash reconciliation of all transactions and payments, generating invoices for our bundle partners, and revenue partner workflows.How you will make an impactBe a technical leader and core leader within the Revenue Engineering teamSupport members of a squad in delivering scalable, auditable, secure and reliable data/backend - servicesCoordinate technical projects spanning multiple squads and facilitate collaboration between engineers and product managersPossess a deep understanding of the product and business goals which you can translate into tech requirementsArchitect, design, develop, deploy and operate services that are responsible for processing LTK's revenue before sending it to the ERP-systemMentor other engineersDrive good engineering practices within your team(s) and define and teach theseContribute to the vision and long-term strategy in your domain of expertiseBe a department-level expert in Revenue,and serve as the go-to person for solving problems in your domain of expertiseProvide leadership in staying up to date with the developments in relevant technologies and market trends to identify enhancementsEvaluate external vendors and partners as needed from time to timeParticipate in the recruitment & interviewing process of engineersWhat you will bring to LTKStrong business acumen to understand all aspects of the businesses including sales, order processing, operations/fulfillment and accountingKnowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, proficiency in business process modeling and redesign, requirements managementStrong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business units and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and managementYou are an experienced technical leaderYou have extensive experience in designing and building both highly reliable traditional back-end services & distributed data processing servicesYou are experienced with deploying and operating services in the cloudYou have a deep understanding of system design, data structures and architectureYou care about quality and know the importance of shipping high-quality codeExperience of working in a SOX-compliant environment before is a plus but not requiredTechnical Skills:10+ years with software backend systems, architectures and infrastructure.5+ years with the data architecture, data processing tools and reporting technologies.History of building highly scalable distributed systems and processes in a cloud environment.Proven experience designing and scalable reporting data stores.Experience with Python, Golang preferred.Experience working in a Dockerized environment.Experience in building products and features in CI/CD environments.Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, Glue (among others).Have built scalable internal and public facing APIs (RESTful, JSON, working with kafka, and postgreSQL.Microservices and Event Driven Architecture.Experience integrating 3rd party API's (REST, OAuth).Experience designing extensible systems that are used as a platform or foundational service.Knowledge of affiliate advertising space preferred, understanding of nuances with network data.Background or familiarity working with Finance or accounting partners and stakeholders.What we offerThe opportunity to be part of the leading global company in creator commerceCompetitive compensation and benefits package to meet the needs of you and your family401(k) with LTK company matchingMedical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental InsurancePaid Maternity Leave and Paid Paternity LeaveSummer Fridays and Flexible PTOAbout LTKFounded in 2011, LTK is the global technology platform purpose-built to empower lifestyle creators to monetize their content.
