Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through interviews and standardized assessment tools to determine their specific needs and treatment goals.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adjusting goals and strategies based on regular progress reviews and challenges encountered.

• Deliver tailored psychotherapeutic interventions during one-on-one counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to each client's needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering a supportive space for shared experiences and collective healing among clients who benefit from group dynamics.

• Track client progress meticulously, using charts and documentation software, and ensure that all interactions are recorded in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

• Current and valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor (LMHC).
