Hillspring, Springboro, OH 45066, USA Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time and PRN Night Positions. This charge nurse leader provides direct care to patients in the skilled nursing facility and oversees nurse aides. The role ensures excellent care delivery on nursing units, meeting the needs of residents, their families, and nursing aides. Compensation & Benefits RN salary: $35-$41 per hour depending on experience and licensure, plus evening & weekend shift differentials. Daily pay: receive payment the same or next day. Responsibilities Assist with total patient care and unit management. Provide direct nursing care to residents. Perform administrative and patient‑care duties as directed by the ADON or DON. Supervise nurse associates, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Instruct staff and observe care is implemented per physician/clinician standards. Assist and direct admission/discharge processes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold a current RN license in the state of practice. Maintain licensure (complete CE requirements) and CPR certification. Sincere desire to work with the elderly and enjoy direct interaction with residents, staff, and families. Good organizational skills and ability to follow up when patient situations require.
