Talent Supply Chain Consultant

Supporting the launch and operation of a client's interim Managed Service Provider staffing program, the full-time remote Talent Supply Chain Consultant will manage requisition-intake discussions, align staffing suppliers with hiring requirements, and coordinate candidate submissions and interview scheduling. Key responsibilities Lead requisition-intake and strategy discussions Align staffing suppliers on hiring requirements and manage communication between suppliers and stakeholders Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and selection while maintaining accurate records in Fieldglass Required qualifications 3-5 years of recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry Experience coordinating third-party staffing agencies and managing multiple stakeholders Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Professional English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills
