About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product for its Conversations group, a pivotal role in the evolution of customer support software. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Conversations product group, which includes the Inbox and Copilot product lines. This role demands a strategic leader who can set the vision and roadmap, drive product monetization, and ensure the seamless integration of AI to enhance the customer experience.
