Job Description Production Forklift Driver|Raleigh| HIRING IMMEDIATELY Incentives: * Pay: Starting $21.47 an hour * Benefits: comprehensive benefits package (see further details below) * Opportunity: career growth and promotions from within, annual & skills-based wage increases Available Shift: * Rotating 12 hour shift 7am-7pm/7pm-7am Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts on a Dupont schedule * Includes 7 consecutive days off every month! Key Job Responsibilities * Moving pallets of product containing printed cartons * Weigh waste pallets and report out on waste * Band waste and run shrink wrapper * Band and crush cores in a core bailer * Unload corgated trailers * Ability to operate PIT in a congested production environment * Adhere to all safety policies and procedures * Ability to read and understand schedules to ensure each shift is stocked with product Frequent tasks * Climbing off and on forklift (height of 3 feet) * Looking over shoulder to right and left while reversing or driving backwards with load * Operate right handed operating controls (little pressure required but frequent grabbing of controls) * Sitting on forklift for 8 to 12 hours * Changing battery (max. 3116 lbs) (using hoist) may require some upper body control of swinging battery (abs and shoulders) * Looking up to 45 degrees tilting neck back when pulling orders, and putting pallet in racks Company Benefits What You'll Get From Us Benefits With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
