Digital Product Manager - eBanking

A growing financial institution is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the evolution of its digital banking experience. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of digital channels, helping define product strategy, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions that improve both customer experience and business performance Your role Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and channels Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, digital adoption, and overall user experience Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate business objectives into meaningful digital solutions Utilize customer feedback, market insights, and analytics to guide product decisions and prioritization Lead product initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring successful delivery and adoption Partner with technology teams and external vendors to implement new features and enhancements Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and market trends to drive continuous improvement Support go-to-market initiatives, product positioning, training, and internal communication efforts Serve as a champion for innovation, helping the organization stay ahead of evolving customer expectations and industry trends Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or digital platforms Experience managing digital products, online banking platforms, mobile applications, or customer-facing technology solutions Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile product developments Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Analytical mindset with experience using data to identify trends, opportunities, and business impact Experience working with SQL, reporting tools, or data analytics platforms is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment Experience with digital banking platforms such as Q2, CoreIQ, or similar technologies is a plus Please note - you must be fully bilingual - Spanish and English #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascendo Resources
