Job Overview

Aerotek is hiring immediately for Construction Workers to support operations in a precast yard/production environment. This role involves general labor, assisting with concrete work, and supporting construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and assembling forms for concrete
• Support concrete work (preparation, pouring, and cleanup)
• Perform general labor tasks on-site
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Lift, carry, and move construction materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are welcome
• Basic construction or hands-on labor experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting
• Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with concrete or form building
• Basic carpentry skills
• Forklift experience (or willingness to learn)
• Team-player attitude

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
