Now Hiring: Machine Operator1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMAre you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing? We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our team. This position offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and the chance to learn multiple manufacturing processes and machine operations.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate punch presses, force gauges, tumbling equipment, tube loaders, ultrasonic wash equipment, and other production machinery.Wash domes as part of the manufacturing process.Inspect products and accurately record dome readings.Learn and understand production procedures and quality standards.Cross-train on a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery.Ensure all parts meet established quality specifications.Complete daily production and quality documentation.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Assist with overtime when business needs require.QualificationsMechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.Basic computer and data entry skills.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to use basic hand tools.Ability to remain focused and on task throughout an 8-hour shift.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work with small parts.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
