Court Support Specialist

To support a growing court support team, the remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, process documents using in-house applications, and ensure timely updates on court filings. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through remote calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude Process documents and manage data entry tasks accurately in the Skye application, while collaborating with team members to identify process inefficiencies Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Legal experience preferred 1+ years of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and remote communication tools Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
