Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active California COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred. Demonstrated competency in common SNF treatment modalities, ADL training, and transfer/mobility training preferred. Ability to follow care plans and document effectively in electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
