Quality Control ManagerThe Quality Control Manager/Inspector will inspect food-service, sanitation, safety, administrative, and customer-service activities to verify that Ladgov's performance meets contract requirements. This position should operate independently from daily production supervision while reporting findings to senior management.Responsibilities:Conduct scheduled and unannounced inspections.Inspect kitchens, dining rooms, serving lines, storage areas, restrooms, loading docks, and exterior areas.Verify food temperatures, sanitation practices, chemical concentrations, and cleaning results.Inspect dishwashing, pots-and-pans, clipper-room, dining-room, and waste-management operations.Review food-production, inventory, training, cash-handling, and property records.Identify service deficiencies before they become recurring performance problems.Document inspection results and maintain QC records.Issue corrective actions and verify that deficiencies have been resolved.Analyze recurring deficiencies and recommend preventive measures.Support diner-feedback and customer-satisfaction programs.Prepare information for monthly reports and quarterly performance reviews.Coordinate quality matters with the Project Manager and facility managers.Minimum Requirements:Experience in food-service quality control, food safety, sanitation, or institutional dining operations.Knowledge of HACCP principles and food-contact sanitation standards.Ability to prepare detailed inspection and corrective-action reports.Strong observational and organizational skills.Food Protection Manager certification is strongly preferred.Ability to work across multiple facilities and shifts.Ability to obtain installation access.
