Senior NOC Engineer

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, computer science or related discipline and/or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 yrs. with customer interface experience in Information and Communications Technology.
- Skilled to work under stress.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- Demonstrated strengths in rapidly diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving telecom issues.
- Sound knowledge in Network Monitoring Tools.
- Deep understanding in troubleshooting: Transport L2, 4G Wireless, Security, IPv4 & IPv6, Core Technologies, SD-WAN.
- Sound knowledge in Cloud Technologies and Meraki SD-WAN
- Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS), Cisco CCNA, CCDA, or Juniper Jun OS Certified.
- Microsoft Office Suite solid experience.
- Fluent in ServiceNow understanding and usage.
- 3-5 yrs. customer service or helpdesk experience.
- Broadband / IPL / DIA / 4G Wireless
