Now Hiring: Courtesy OfficerLocation: Cabot, AR | On-Site Apartment IncludedAre you a licensed law enforcement officer seeking a meaningful, part-time opportunity to serve your local community? We are looking for a Courtesy Officer to join our apartment communities in Cabot, AR, to help ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our residents. Why Join Our Team?Apartment included as part of compensationWork in a positive, community-centered environmentMake a difference by helping keep our residents safe and informed Key ResponsibilitiesPatrol the property grounds, common buildings, and amenities (including clubhouse, pool, and playground) at least twice per night between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., seven nights a weekMonitor for suspicious activity and immediately report concerns to local law enforcement and the Community DirectorProvide extra patrol during holidays like Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, or as directed by managementIdentify and report any issues related to lighting or security to the Community DirectorCoordinate with local law enforcement agencies to ensure awareness of your role and presence on the propertySubmit a weekly written log of all activities and observations to the Community DirectorEnsure that no physical intervention (citizen's arrest) is attempted unless absolutely necessary to protect someone from immediate danger QualificationsMust be a licensed law enforcement officer in the same city or municipality as the propertyCompletion of police academy or equivalent law enforcement trainingOn-site residency required; apartment is provided as part of the role Make an Impact - Apply Today!If you are passionate about community safety and want to help create a secure, comfortable environment for our residents, we would love to hear from you!
