Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students, both individually and in small groups, under the guidance of certified teachers
• Assist teachers in implementing classroom instruction, activities, and behavior management plans
• Support students with special needs as directed by individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
• Supervise students in various school settings, including classrooms, hallways, and cafeterias
• Foster a nurturing and respectful learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to encourage student growth and engagement
