Responsibilities Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Welcome and greet all guests as a friendly ambassador. Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy. Deliver food and drinks promptly, anticipating guests’ needs. Create memorable experiences with exceptional service. Adhere to local and state alcohol laws and procedures. Process payment transactions and welcome guests back. Maintain a clean and safe section and complete side duties. Qualifications Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required. Guest‑focused mindset. Strong teamwork skills. Meet state‑required serving age and hold alcohol certification, if required. Effectively communicate with management, team members, and guests.
