Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Greet and assist customers with their orders, ensuring a positive experience. Food Preparation: Prepare fresh juices and smoothies according to company standards. Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Team Leadership: Work collaboratively with your team to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Sales Support: Promote special offers and upsell products to enhance the customer experience. Administrative Responsibilities: Assist with inventory management and daily operational tasks. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain a positive attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
