Looking for a warehouse position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn weekly bonuses? We're hiring Warehouse Pick & Pack Associates for a large shipping and distribution facility in Carlisle, PA. Whether you're looking for first or second shift, we have multiple schedule options to fit your lifestyle.

? Pay & Shift Options 1st Shift

Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Schedule Options:

• Sunday – Wednesday
• Wednesday – Saturday
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Pay:

• $15.00/hour starting wage
• Earn up to an additional $2.30/hour performance bonus
• Potential earnings: $17.30/hour
• Weekly Pay

2nd Shift

Hours: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Schedule Options:

• Sunday – Wednesday
• Wednesday – Saturday
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Pay:

• $15.50/hour starting wage
• Earn up to an additional $3.75/hour performance bonus
• Potential earnings: $19.25/hour
• Weekly Pay

? What You'll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Pick & Pack Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping customer orders moving accurately and efficiently by:

• Picking customer orders using pick lists
• Reading and interpreting work orders and shipping documents
• Moving products from bulk storage to designated areas
• Assisting with inventory counts and material tracking
• Verifying lot numbers and expiration dates for quality assurance
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Performing additional warehouse duties as assigned

? What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 6 months of warehouse or related experience
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including repetitive lifting
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail
