Responsibilities include: Triage patients and obtain thorough histories, vitals, and patient assessments Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, fluid therapy, and sample collection Run in-house laboratory testing, including CBC/chemistry, urinalysis, cytology, and other diagnostics Assist with radiology, diagnostics, and basic imaging Practice Fear Free and low-stress handling techniques to help keep patients safe and comfortable Maintain clean, stocked, and organized treatment and exam areas Follow established infection-control protocols Work collaboratively with veterinarians and fellow team members to keep patient care moving smoothly What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a technician who combines strong clinical skills with a positive, team-focused approach.
