Civil Superintendent

A highly reputable General Contractor is pursuing a Civil Superintendent for immediate hire. The candidate should have diverse heavy civil construction experience. Our client is going forward with interviews and is hiring now. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all construction activities. Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule. Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews. Attend meetings on and off-site as directed. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have heavy civil experience. Project types could include earthwork, underground utilities, grading and excavation. Understands and promotes the "team" concept. Familiarity with safety regulations.
