Our call center is the front line of our business-and we’re looking for motivated, tech-savvy appointment setters who thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment. If you’ve worked in a call center, inside sales, appointment setting, or outbound dialing role and enjoy hitting goals, following proven systems, and earning commission on top of a solid base-this role is built for you. What You’ll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed interest in basement remodeling Qualify prospects using a clear script and criteria Schedule in-home consultations for our design and sales team Accurately document calls, outcomes, and notes in our CRM Follow daily call, appointment, and quality benchmarks Maintain focus and consistency in a fast-paced, repetitive workflow Compensation & Earnings $40,000 base salary Commission and performance incentives Realistic total earnings of $55K-$65K Top performers can earn up to $80,000+ annually Your income is directly tied to your consistency and results-this is not capped commission.
