You will act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses secure coverage for property, liability, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, and other essential policies. This role emphasizes strategic business-to-business marketing and relationship-building to expand our client base and deepen existing partnerships. What You’ll Do Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to connect with small to medium businesses. Build and maintain trusted relationships with business owners. Assess clients’ insurance needs through thorough risk analysis and consultative selling. Present customized insurance solutions that fit each business’s unique profile and budget. Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client support. Attend networking events, industry conferences, and community business functions to generate leads and raise brand awareness. What We’re Looking For Experience or strong interest in business insurance, commercial sales, or B2B marketing. Proven ability to build and nurture professional relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and goal‑oriented mindset. Comfortable networking and representing the company at business events. Ability to analyze business risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
