Job Overview


We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care within a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. The RN will support patient treatment plans, oversee nursing care activities, and ensure safe and compassionate care delivery during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities


Provide direct nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess patient conditions
Document patient care activities and clinical observations
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Respond to patient needs and clinical emergencies
Support infection prevention and patient safety standards
Maintain compliance with nursing and facility regulations


Requirements


Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
